At Strike Force Combat, we offer a diverse range of fitness classes designed to meet the needs of our members, from beginners to seasoned athletes. Each class is crafted to improve your physical fitness and enhance your mental toughness and discipline. Here’s a brief introduction to our dynamic fitness offerings:

Junior / Youth (Ages 9 - 14)

Strike Force Combat’s Junior & Youth Boxing Programme is designed to help young people build strength, confidence, and discipline while having fun. Suitable for ages 9-14, these sessions combine fitness, skill, and structure to develop well-rounded young athletes.

Under the guidance of qualified England Boxing coaches, juniors learn proper technique, footwork, and combinations, all while improving coordination, agility, and focus. Each class is tailored to their ability, ensuring beginners feel supported and more experienced boxers are challenged to progress.

Whether they’re training for fun, fitness, or preparing for future competition, our youth boxing sessions build character, teamwork, and determination, both inside and outside the ring.

Boxing Fitness

Strike Force Combat’s Boxing Fitness sessions are built for anyone aged 15+ who wants to train hard, feel powerful, and get in the best shape of their life, no experience needed.

Each class blends real boxing drills with high-energy conditioning, pad work, bag training, and bodyweight exercises to give you a total-body workout that burns calories and builds confidence.

Our coaches focus on correct technique and intensity, helping you progress at your own pace in a motivating, team-driven environment.

Whether your goal is to tone up, boost endurance, or simply enjoy an empowering workout, our Boxing Fitness classes will leave you fitter, stronger, and ready for more every week.

Amateur Boxing

Strike Force Combat’s Amateur Boxing Programme is where real boxers are made. Designed for both newcomers and experienced athletes, our sessions focus on technical precision, discipline, and competitive development.

Train under England Boxing–affiliated coaches and prepare to compete in official bouts and national tournaments across the UK. Each session builds your strength, skill, and ring confidence through structured sparring, conditioning, and tactical drills.

Whether you’re stepping into the ring for the first time or chasing championship goals, Strike Force Combat gives you the platform, coaching, and team spirit to perform at your best.

Ladies Only Class

Train in a comfortable, women-only class every Thursday at 6:30pm.

No experience needed, we focus on real boxing technique, pad and bag work, and high-energy conditioning to boost fitness, strength, and confidence.

Our experienced coaches guide you through structured drills at your pace (class is ladies-only, not female-led). Expect a fun, empowering workout that improves stamina, coordination, and form.

Who it’s for: Beginners to improvers looking to get fitter, feel stronger, and learn authentic boxing skills in a supportive, women-only setting.
